Don't. Be. Afraid.

succeed, and damages our sense of worth.
Fear is a liar! I'm going to say that again FEAR is a LIAR. I'm not talking about the type of fear that you get when you're in front of a bear or a tiger. I'm talking about the kind of fear, that tells you, you can't do something because of x,y, and z. That voice inside your head that tells you to be controlling and to worry about every little thing, which causes you to stress. Did you know that stress causes the immune system to shut down and when left untreated may cause severe brain damage. How does stress begin? Fear.
When you fear anything, we desensitize our confidence and our ability to be great. The power that humans already have... is inside of you and it all starts with the mind. We all worry about our lives, when and how we are going to make our next move; but in the bible, Luke 12:22-26 states, "do not worry about your life, what you will eat: or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the raven: They do no sow or reap; they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?"
When you allow fear and stress to control your life, as I stated above, it causes your immune system to shut down, which makes you more prone to colds and other illnesses. This will lead to the body as a whole to shut down and your life expectancy will shorten. When we worry it reduces our ability to trust in God, but if you can learn to let things go and let things just happen, you will feel overwhelming freedom and peace. Don't be afraid to go for the things you want! There's an artist named Drake who has a little saying: YOLO ( you only live once). I'm not saying to go do something extremely dangerous or violent but don't hold back on your capabilities because of fear. Don't let fear cripple you into being handicapped. You can do all things through Christ who gives you strength! ( Philippians 4:13) So why not give Jesus a chance since nothing is impossible with God ( Luke 1:37 ). All you have to say is this prayer:
The Lord's Prayer:
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come; thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from all that is evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever and ever. Amen
